The Annex House is located at 10 metres from San Marco Square and Hotel AI DO MORI,in the very heart of Venice.
The rooms (on the first floor) with private bathrooms are fully equipped and just renewed: satellitar tv, safe, hairdryer, air-conditioning (in summer time).
The annex, if occupied by an entire family or little group of friends or little group of couples, min 6 nights, you could also use a nice kitchenette corner.
You will find a friendly atmosphere.

Hotel Ai do Mori is easily reached from Piazzale Roma, Tronchetto Island and Santa Lucia train station by a public boat ("vaporetto") to San Marco (Vallaresso) or San Zaccaria stops.
For guests coming to Venice by car, we offer a 10% discount at the San Marco garage. Garage Comunale in Piazzale Roma is always the least expensive and most convenient option.
From Tessera airport, you can take the Alilaguna public boat directly to San Marco.
Please, remind that from the "ALILAGUNA" waterbus stop to the entrance of the Airport you have to walk for about 500 metres.
There is absolutely no need to take private water-taxis as public transportation is always available.
